Zed

Zed is an open-source code editor written in Rust for macOS, Windows and Linux, with multiplayer collaboration and AI that you can turn off entirely. Its own agent works with Zed-hosted models or your own API keys, and external agents such as Claude Agent, Codex, OpenCode, Copilot and Cursor plug in through the Agent Client Protocol (ACP).
